Meet the Team

Audrianna Smith
Audrianna Smith
Ms. Smith is one of the Customer Support Representatives for the Georgia Courts Registrar of the Judicial Council/Administrative Office of the Courts. She serves as the initial point of contact for external Registrar customers: court reporters, court interpreters, mediators, process servers, municipal judges, clerks, and members of the public. She is responsible for responding to inquiries, questions, and concerns and guiding customers in using the Registrar, troubleshooting issues and problems that may occur, providing accurate information regarding certification requirements while providing excellent customer service.

With over 11 years in customer service, Ms. Smith has gained a genuine love for helping others. Her pride lies in her work ethic, allowing her to stay organized and remain focused on any task at hand. During these years, Ms. Smith has obtained a managerial position for a total of 5 years.

Herbert Gordon
Herbert Gordon
Mr. Gordon is the Program Manager for the Georgia Courts Registrar of the Judicial Council/Administrative Office of the Courts. He conducts and manages activities relating to the certification and licensing of court professionals and officials through the Georgia Courts Registrar. Mr. Gordon is responsible for planning and implementing strategies and operations, and he oversees activities to improve systems and processes that support the Registrar. He manages a registrar staff and interfaces with business programs and information technology staff and consultants/vendors to support a high customer satisfaction level. Mr. Gordon is a registered mediator in Georgia, and he is certified through the University of Georgia as a Certified Public Manager (CPM).
LaShica Briscoe
LaShica Briscoe
Ms. Briscoe is one of the Customer Support Representatives for the Georgia Courts Registrar of the Judicial Council/Administrative Office of the Courts. She serves as the initial point of contact for external Registrar customers: court reporters, court interpreters, mediators, process servers, municipal judges, clerks, and members of the public. She is responsible for responding to inquiries, questions, and concerns and guiding customers in using the Registrar, troubleshooting issues, and problems that may occur, providing accurate information regarding certification requirements while providing excellent customer service. LaShica holds a degree in Business Administration and also works for the Office of General Counsel as its Legal Assistant.
Tiffanie Bacon
Tiffanie Bacon
Ms. Bacon is the Testing and Event Manager for the Office of Court Professionals of the Georgia Judicial Council/Administrative Office of the Courts. She is responsible for handling the logistics and administration of the events and the exams required for Georgia Court Interpreters, Court Reporters, and Process Servers’ licensure. She provides staff support for the Georgia Committee on Interpreters, the Georgia Board of Court Reporting, and the Standing Committee on Court Reporting Matters of the Judicial Council of Georgia. Before working with the Judicial Council/Administrative Office of the Courts, Tiffanie worked with the Court Administration and Professionals in Clayton County’s largest city, the City of Forest Park, GA. Ms. Bacon holds a degree in Business Administration.
