The Oral Certification Exam (OCE) is available for registration once candidates have passed the English Written Exam with 80% or higher. Registration and payment for the exam can be made through the Georgia Courts Registrar ( GCR). Appointment letters with exam times and instructions are emailed 5- 10 business days before the exam. Candidates should complete their court observation hours before taking the OCE.

The OCE is administered at the Georgia Administrative Office of the Courts. Please frequently check the website for the most up to date information. Registration closes at 11:59 pm on the registration deadline. Cancellations must be made before then to be eligible for a refund.
